Hur snabbt levereras mitt paket?
If you place an order before 14.00, it will most likely be sent the same day. You will receive your order within 1-3 working days - in some cases already the next day.
Vem levererar mitt paket?
Camillakroeyer.dk delivers with GLS.
The package can be sent to your address, the nearest post office or parcel box in your area.
We always send your package insured with a delivery fee of SEK 49.
If you buy for more than DKK 699, you get free shipping with GLS or Budbee servicepoint.
Kan jag ändra min beställning?
If there are errors or desired changes to your order, we would of course like to help you as best as possible.
In some cases, the package may have already been packed or handled. As well as during busy periods, we cannot guarantee that it can be reached.

Once your order has been sent, we unfortunately do not have the option to change your order - You will receive an email when the package has been dispatched.

Hur lång tid har jag på mig att returnera min beställning?
At Camillakroeyer, you have a 30-day return right, from the day you receive your package. Within this period, you can send the item back and get your money back, if the item has not been used.
If the 30 days have been exceeded, the package cannot be returned, in some cases a voucher/giftcard will be issued instead.
Hur returnerar jag min beställning?
You as the buyer are responsible for payment of the shipment, and there is therefore no refund of the shipping amount, when returning products.
We recommend that you send with an insured return label, as Camillakroeyer.dk is not responsible for uninsured packages.
It is at your own risk to ship without insurance. The package may risk not reaching our warehouse if you choose return without insurance.

Beställning ej hämtad
In the event that you as a customer refuses to receive the package or doesn’t receive the package from the parcel shop before it is sent back, we reserve the right to invoice the customer for any costs for return shipping and/or return delivery.
Uncollected items sent back to Camillakroeyer.dk will be deducted from the return fee. Camillakroeyer.dk will refund the amount of the order when we have received the uncollected item at our address.

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee! Within 2 years, you can contact us with any complaint or damage that should have occurred on our part.
If you need to make a complaint about an item, you must contact Camillakroeyer.dk, who will then send you a return label. If you buy a return label yourself, it is not possible to get it refunded.
