At Camillakroeyer.dk, you as a customer can only buy products.

When ordering items on camillakroeyer.dk/camillakroeyer.se, you confirm that you are 16 years or older.

 Orders

  • The item is ordered online via www.camillakroeyer.dk/ camillakroeyer.se
  • When ordering, state name, address, e-mail address and account information.
  • Payment will only be deducted when the item is shipped to you. You will receive your order confirmation immediately after you have completed a purchase. You will receive an email with a confirmation that the item has been shipped.
  • When the purchase is completed, the order confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you provide when ordering. Please note that in some cases these can be perceived as spam and can end up in your spam folder - please there before contacting us. The sending of your order confirmation takes place immediately after the payment is registered in our account.
  • When purchasing a gift card, you will receive an order confirmation from camillakroeyer.dk with the information about redeeming the gift card.

 

Prices

All prices stated on camillakroeyer.dk include VAT.

If a price is clearly incorrect and you should have discovered this, we are not obligated sell you the product at the wrong price. Reference is made to the Danish legislation: Purchase Act "to act in good faith".

Payment

At camillakroeyer.dk you can pay with Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American express. You can also pay with Mobilepay, pay off with viabill. As well as a new addition of Google pay & apple pay, so you can easily double-click twice on your iPhone and complete the purchase, completely painlessly!

The money is only deducted when the item(s) are sent

 

Campaigns

With the campaign 'FREE SHIPPING & RETURN', this must be understood that if you have made an order during the campaign period, camillakroeyer.dk/camillakroeyer.se will be responsible for return shipping fee, which is only the return label issued by us. You cannot send it yourself and present a receipt, and then get the amount refunded.

Orders made outside the promotion period are subject to return fee shipping on your own.

With the campaign "FREE GIFT" or 'GOODIEBAG', you get a free gift in your order if a product has been purchased. In some cases, the promotion may be for the purchase of a minimum amount and then this will appear. Free gifts are included in the orders *as long as stocks are available. If you send your entire order back, the free gift must also be sent back. If you choose to keep the gift, the price of the gift will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the price of the gift exceeds what you have bought in total, the money is kept until the gift is sent back.

Delivery

If you place your order before 14:00, it’ll be shipped the same day. Orders placed after kl. 14:00 will be sent the next day. You will receive your order within 1-3 working days - in some cases already the next day, if you order before 14:00.

*Please refer to "delivery and returns", where changes may be made during special periods.

CAMILLAKROEYER delivers with GLS. The package can be sent to your address, nearest post office or parcel box in your area. We always send your package insured with a delivery fee of DKK 40-59. If you buy for more than DKK 699, you get free shipping.

The delivery time appears under the products, and pre-orders have extra delivery time. If you order other items with your pre-order, these items can be sent first. If you want to have your order divided, please write to support@camillakroeyer.dk

You will receive the date of shipment per. email, after your order is approved.

We ship goods daily, so unless otherwise stated, the expected delivery time will be between 1-3 days.

In case of delays, backorders or sold out items, we strive to inform you about this as soon as possible and what we can do in the case - e.g. give you the money back, or help you find a similar item elsewhere.

 

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your package. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive each item.

 

The deadline means that you have 30 days from when you received your package, to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to support@camillakroeyer.dk. or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time. If you choose to do this anyway, we will charge the freight for this.

Our customer service strives to answer your questions by email within 24 hours on weekdays - so it is not guaranteed that your order can be changed or canceled, even if you contact us immediately or on the weekend, but most of the time we can.

 

Regretting part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

 

Returns

From the day you receive the package, you have 30 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

We recommend that you use our return label, that way the package is insured. Our return label is sent with GLS for DKK 46,50.

 

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.

 

Refund of the purchase amount

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 30 days from the day we received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

Warranty

The Danish legislation: The Purchase Act's defect rules apply to purchases of goods.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

Before you send the item, contact us so we can send you a return label.

Limitation of liability

We are only liable as long as it follows the law.

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, telephone number (optional) and email address.

We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.

The personal information is registered with Camilla Kroeyer Jewellery ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

 

In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

 

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it.
